By accessing and using the services of AWM Logistics ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and any other related services (collectively, the "Services").

AWM Logistics provides comprehensive freight forwarding and customs brokerage services. This includes, but is not limited to, arranging transportation of goods, preparing and processing customs documentation, and providing logistical consultation. We act as an agent for our clients in dealing with carriers, customs authorities, and other governmental agencies. All services are provided subject to carrier availability and applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information regarding your shipments. This includes, but is not limited to, shipper and consignee details, accurate descriptions of goods, commercial values, and countries of origin. You warrant that you have the legal right to ship the goods and that they comply with all applicable laws. You agree to indemnify AWM Logistics against any penalties, fines, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

AWM Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use of our Services. Our liability for any direct loss or damage to your shipment is limited by the terms and conditions of the underlying carrier (e.g., airline or shipping line) and applicable international conventions. We strongly recommend you obtain separate cargo insurance.
